15 Deadlifts
12 Power Cleans
9 Front Squats
6 Push Jerks

* All lifts are completed with #135 for the Men and #85 for the Women.

Our Monday PM crew took on some make-ups. Julia and Karen both did very well with Cindy +5 while our 4 Guys-3 first timers all took on FGB. TJ our experienced crossfitter LED the pack with a 253 total. Great work to all. Craig, Ben and Jeff hope to see you back!

This was a real sweat fest workout for me. That might be because it took longer than it would typically take me to do most other workouts. My time was a sad 29 min.....but I couldnt be happier. I wanted to see some heavy weight and im pretty excited that I was able to move the 135 through that many reps and motions.

Hi remember me? :-) these 12 hour shifts suck all my energy and i'm missing workouts! okay, in order to get back in the burpee challenge i had to make up days #3-12. so i illegally designed a wod to incorporate those missing wods.
75 burpees
50 sit ups
25 squats
5 push ups (real ones!!!)
9:45
it's amazing how fast your endurance leaves you if you haven't been keeping up!
