Scrappy was right on time today. Missed the wod by only 60 minutes. That was probably the hardest I have ever seen Molly laugh. Thanks.

I was pissed! I have never missed a workout. My brother will pay dearly for messing with the clocks in my house.

There I am strolling in thinking I am early, while Molly and Jodi are all sweaty asking me where I was.... I had no clue what was even going on for the next 5 min. I thought they were playing some joke on me. Turns out I was the joke!!! So ill be at tonights workout in order to makeup for missing the a.m.

I felt like I had a miserable performance too, my form seemed really bad to me...and my whole body feels off, my hips and my arms and my head. I did however, enjoy a laugh as well.
