Missy and I were up bright and early this chilly morning (well, at least bright and early to us-- you guys are already done by the time we get started :-))

Great to hear from Angie and Missy, as always!

This morning was tough. Im amazed every time I row how it kicks my arse! I feel so incompitent with most movements and weights afterwards. That was very evident today when transitioning from rower to pullups....

Dont know my time, but it wasnt anything to write home about =0)

A few overhead squats this morning. I'm putting in a month of O-lifting focus. 100 with 95# 5:08 2 seconds slower. Not sure why. I'm stronger than I was then. I think going 33 straight to start didn't put me in a good place.
