I love to watch our dedicated crossfitters. Just watching you guys this morning and thinking back to all of your starting days and reflecting on how far you have come is so AWESOME. Slender bodies, muscular arms and legs and your confidence moving weight within exercises you had never completed before beginning crossfit. Continue to work as hard in the future as you did on your first day.
