First off Feliciani just killed Jackie with 6:42. My God the guy just didn't stop.

Took on Hardcore (old school WOD) 21-15-9 for time: Wipers- on pull-up bar touched both feet to bar outside of grip OHS #95 Pull ups BW Bench Press #175

My shoulders are smoked. I felt like crap on Bench Press. First time I benched in months.
Oh by the way I skipped burpees yesterday so I have to make up those and still complete today's burpees. Here goes nothing.
As much as I don't like fight gone bad, I was happy with how things went this morning. Keeping a running count throughout the each 5 minute segment helped me focus on what I needed to get done.
