My shoulders are smoked. I felt like crap on Bench Press. First time I benched in months.

Oh by the way I skipped burpees yesterday so I have to make up those and still complete today's burpees. Here goes nothing.

As much as I don't like fight gone bad, I was happy with how things went this morning. Keeping a running count throughout the each 5 minute segment helped me focus on what I needed to get done.

A few points better than last time.
