I'm so mad. The one day I don't wake up before my alarm (yes I know that is sick when my alarm is set for 4:30 am), my alarm is turned off. I'll see if I can do this up at the Y today.

A manmaker is essentially a burpee with dumbbells, however the push-up is then followed by a single arm row with each arm (while remaining in push up position) and then instead of jumping when you stand up, you just push press the dumbbells overhead (that is one).
Happy Turkey Day...tomorrow is definitely a cheat day!!!
My last car issues where operator error. After I read the directions, I got it out of 4L.
Ran up to the Y and finished the WOD between 20-22 minutes - couldn't really see the clock on the wall. It's really weird to watch people lift in a globo gym. I think half the guys spent more time pulling the weight belts tight or wrapping a wrist/knee, than they did lifting.
