I had a meeting with Heavy Fran this AM. It did not go so well. The first 21 Thursters are all mental. I had trouble stringing 4 to 5 togeher in the first set?? The last set I was able to string 5 and then 4 together.......and yes I counted correctly.

This mornings workout was tough, but inspiring. We named it 21....due to the 7 rounds of 7 and 7.

It took 14 min, but I was happy to complete all the reps with fairly decent form at 135. This would have been the first wod squat clean ive done with that weight. So time sucked, but im happy =0)

Yeah wow "21" was tougher than I expected. Josh went first and I was hoping to easily beat his time...yeah not so much! Finished 10:31 with 85lbs.

Good one today Buss,I've been thinking about her and planning next time to do heavy, but after reading your comment I'm not really looking forward to that anytime too soon! I bet those thrusters SUCKED! Way to go on improved counting skills though :)

Tanya accidentally just posted as me. Hard as hell in round 6 and 7. Muscular strength was going out the door on the cleans. Pull ups were the break. Slightly happy with my time. 9:38

Wow, I thought you guys would burry me. I took some breaks. That is a tough one. Hook grip is key to saving the hands. Strangly, enough the pull-ups were the break. Not normal for me.
