Nice work today. It's the days when you don't "have it" that forge mental toughness. The stopwatch will remain the unemotional taskmaster that will never cut you a break.
"Kelly" wasn't posted when I worked out this morning, so I pulled out a really old WOD from mid-May! 10 rounds of 10 squats and 7 burpees. May was the first and only time with this WOD. Being a 1 1/2 month old crossfit newbie then, it took me 21:27. Today I was 6:91 faster! How great to see such a big difference. Makes all the work and effort worth it!!

side note-- still feeling the aftermath of "nightmare". it hurts to cough, or really do anything that requires abs..... feeling your pain Scrappy and Molly :-)
