The AM Crew came ready to rock this morning! Molly R'xd, Great Job! She powered through 30 C&J's like it was her job and still had some in the tank for a handful more (+32 or 33 reps). Jodie started with 85lbs and let it play with her head, then dominated 75lbs! They also cooled down with 1000 meter row! First time breaking 500 meter mark Scraps didn't make it; a mosquito bit his bi last night and was a little sore this am.
For the record....It was a really big mosquito! The arm wouldnt lift above my head without horrible pain. I could of used one of my other excuses, but the car not starting from the car accident I was in the night before didnt seem as legit. Nor did my MPMS.

Felice and Tanya did it earlier tonight and I tried to compete just couldn't get there. Felice did it in 7:4? Dude! Alot harder than it looks. Props to both of you. Tanya used #115 in 5:? Jack up the weight slacker!! You should be using #125. JK Good job!
