With a running clock

Run 400 meters
Complete max reps pull-ups

Repeat as many times as you can in 20 minutes. Record total pull-ups.

If you drop off the bar the set is over. Don't cry about, it just start running!

Didnt really see this coming. Thought we might be doing some deads today.....so I threw the day away and ate like crap. Then saw this and thought today might be the day I meet pukie. I was feeling the effect of the food but still managed a respectable score.

52 Pullups. I was fairly happy w/ that score, since I suck at pullups. I can't link them together.

Nice job AM Crew. A little chilly, but you don't think too much about it once you get into this one.

This is one of the more interesting WODs. Do I get the rounds in or do I slow it down and hit each round?

Great work this evening ladies.
We modified a bit and did 150 jumpropes instead of 400m run and did ring rows instead of pull ups. If anything other than your feet touch floor on the ring rows, back to the jumprope. 20 min time limit count total number of ring rows.

Nice work on Nicole today everyone! That's what we're here for Scrappy...to keep you on your toes (actually most the time you should be on your heels)

Did a little Snatch practice tonight and hit a pr of 95# twice. I was working my mscl ups and I got it jumping!!! Hey it's a step and I'll take it! I was very happy with all that. Then after the evening class I made up yesterday's deconstructed elizabeth. Used 115# for the cleans...45 straight just plain sucks! Ring dips with a box behind me for 1 foot or toes on the box to assist. I haven't sweat like that in a long time!
