Wow, Friday already! Never even got to posting this week!

Missy took on the 400 air squat challenge this morning. (12:07)

I made-up the ring dip/deadlift/boxjump WOD from earlier in the week. DL was about 122#. (9:24)

Yesterday I did the WOD that had 5 rds of lunges, sit-ups & DUs--- that was exhausting!! 200 DUs is just TOO MANY!(19:51)

See you all tomorrow morning and/or at the "crossfit kids" event :-)
