Hey Mike,
Forgot to time...not sure what a single arm dumbell lunge was so we did walking lunges with 12lbs.

Good for you Chris and Arlene! Walking lunges are great too. Single arm db lunge is holding one db overhead and the other arm without the db out to the side for balance. But just one question....How could you forget to time it!?! 3-2-1-Start the clock!!! :) We'll pick on you guys for this one for sure...but happy you did the wod and great to see you posting on here Chris!
