On the minute push jerks. Add a push jerk every minute after. Continue for as many minutes as you can. (ex: 00:00-01:00 complete 1 push jerk, 01:00-02:00 complete 2 push jerks, 02:00-03:00 complete 3 push jerks...14:00-15:00 complete 15 push jerks etc.)
Rest during any additional time left until the next minute starts.

Todays Wod was ok. I couldnt seem to get in a groove and ended up push pressing more reps than I jerked...not on purpose. Once you hit a wall, it was all over. Managed 11r and 8 reps.
Played with some snatches afterwards and managed to PR with a 150 snatch, so that was exciting. Almost had 155, but failed twice.

No Dave...you didnt miss anything. The trainers just did a diff wod from the clients, thats all. Our wod with the push jerks did not have pullups, so your good to go.

Chris & I just did 400 air squats, since we did not have weights for the push jerk :( times were 12:30 and 13:30
8r and another 9 over the next 3 minutes. Used 75lbs for the jerk. Finished up with tabata air squats, got 87 (tried to rest on the bottom but that didn't last long). Then I set a new PR with 8 DUs in a row.
