The comback has begun! Jodie is back in action and no one is happier than Molly to see her training buddy with her new haircut (scars and all). We are in trouble now.
It was so great to see you guys this morning. My mornings have not been the same with my daily WOD. MY pain and soreness from surgery is nothing compared to the blood,sweat and and all the tears that were shed this past year with crossfit. And I would do it all over again. No pain, no gain. Crossfit is apart of my life, and it is so good to be back. THANKS APEX
Jodie glad to see you are back. Thanks for talking the husband into his first WOD. Zach nice job tonight with your first CF WOD. Murph is definitely a first workout to remember. Doesn't matter whether it is a half or a full Murph.
Did a Rowing Annie. It is Annie, double unders and situps mixed with a 500m row between each round.
Did "Karen" today from the main site...150 wall balls 20# ball to 10' mark...holy crap it's much more difficult than I remember from the summer. I was also throwing 2' higher today. What got me was my lungs and my deltoids more than anything else!

haven't been able to do another muscle up since last monday when I went nuts with them...it's been kind of sad :( and today's was pretty tough to get...not sure why I'm having so much trouble.
Thanks to my wife for pushing me to go and do it well worth it. Thanks Tanya and Josh is was great. Thanks for pushing me i need it. It was a hard work out, I'm sore today, but i guess that's a great thing. See you Wednesday or Thursday, for another butt kicking.

I warmed up and tried heavy Grace, but I had trouble catching any weight (65#) in squat. Need more work on shoulder stretch.

I tried this yesterday with 95lb.
it took about 15 minutes.
I don't think I caught the bar low enough though.
