In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Wow what a week, but it is all worth it I feel great thanks to crossfit. I hope to just keep improving. You guys know how to push people and make them work thanks.

Damn Right Dave! Those guys are trying to rip me off. I think they erased the bottom of my three to make it a two. It looks like 250, but its actually 350. It was still subpar either way as I was under my best by 350.....but good lookin out!
In our defense, we did not do the math...that was the athlete and their partner, we just copied numbers off the cards. Thanks for the good eye Dave.
