Thought this morning looked kind of easy....yeah, we have all made that mistake. It had me huffing and puffing by the 3rd round. Havent done pullus in a wod other than this past fri in what seemed like a month +. It showed as I struggled bad with my C2B.

This WOD gets the arms, when you least expect. I felt great into the 3rd round.....Then it all fell apart! My arms are still shaking.

My favorite thing about Keith's posts are the great comments at the height/weight status details. Too funny!! :-)

Made an exciting breakthrough with the DU's today. Thus far my stringing them together meant 1DU, 1single, 1DU, 1single continuously (I only count the DUs and the singles end up just being uncounted bonus). I've gotten up to as many as 20 DUs at a time this way (which is really a big improvement from where I started) BUT......today I managed to figure out how to take that single out!! It was very exciting! I didn't do it during the WOD because it was too much to work on then, but I played around with it afterwards. I maxed out at only 5 in a row-- but it's a start and I'll take it!

Tanya and I just did todays WOD Double up. This WOD feel into my strengths. I straight setted all but one set of my double unders. C2B I broke into 5 and 5 except for the first round where I did 10. I felt ok throughout. Never felt the full suck factor on this WOD.

Prior to the workout Tanya and I warmed up with a relaxing 5 mile bike ride around Souderton!!

Good for you Angie!!! That is so exciting! Keep up the great work on those double unders :)

Yea so I'm not a huge C2B fan. My wrists are all cranked up from hspu and muscle up attempts yesterday so I really was really not looking forward to the chest-to-bar (C2B)pull ups. Turns out, it wasn't so bad. Still had to break them up but 10 at a time was manageable.

Scrappy if I wouldn't have done double sit-ups in round one and we were playing darts I would say GOTCHA!!!

9:04 Rx (plus 10 extra sit-ups)

Since I was warm, I worked on max deadlift. New PR 305#, 2 reps, then grip gave out. Time to buy more weight plates, again.
