Anyway, this morning's workout was different and fun...next time I'm trying the weighted box jumps, 8 lbs would be do-able. But, my arms are already tight and sore from the push press.
Did yesterday's Thruster/DU WOD this morning. That was rough! I was planning on the 85#, then I started the WOD and realized my lowered back was so tired I couldn't get it locked out overhead. So, went down to 74# and restarted the timer! One round in on thrusters and DUs and I was really sucking wind. This one really beat me up!
So our Wed. group at the garage made up the 30 second flip WOD from Monday. They were hating it as much as we all did on Monday night. Great job to all. I can see the improvements you all have made in the past few weeks!
Following that Tanya and I did todays posted WOD however mangled the weight numbers a bit.
Josh did 135 on PP while Tanya did 105. Both did regular ring rows. Josh used 15 on DB box jump, Tanya used 12.

Great job AM Crew, I also did this WOD this morning but switched BJ's for KTE.(My legs are hurt from yesterday)
