4-1-09 "Double Clutch"

30 reps for time (135/85)

Front Squat then Thruster

Complete 1 front squat (down and up) and then complete 1 thruster (front squat to a push press over head)...yes, do that 30 times. There will be 2 front squats before the bar goes overhead ("double clutch") By the end you will have completed 60 "front squats" and 30 "push presses".

Thruster= Front Squat+Push Press

Oh Kim, you had to go there.... Is my skirt to tight or does it make me look fat?

Did this wod in the a.m. Was kind of scared of it before we got started, but once you got rolling it wasnt so horrible. I think once I took my mind out of the equation, I really managed to speed up through the final 10 reps. Hours later sitting here at work, I am very sore all over from it though.

I don't know if your skirt was too tight or not...but don't squat in a mini skirt or people will see your nuts.

DeeZ.....I would like to think it's a kilt and not a skirt.

Just made up 3/25 WOD SDLHP and RIng dips. Straight setting High Pulls Round 5 started feeling Ring DIps and had to start breaking.
