4-14-09 "Annie"

Reps of 50,40,30,20,10 for time of:

Double Unders
Sit ups

Before or after the WOD practice a 1k or 2k row.

*If you can't do double unders then triple the jump ropes.

Let me just start by saying I'm not a fan of Elizabeth. Yesterday we did "Angie" and today "Elizabeth" and quite frankly I think I would have rather repeated Angie! I'm so glad tomorrow is my rest day because I just hurt! J Yesterday I was still feeling Kelly from Sat, and then add Angie and Elizabeth to the mix....ouch!

I don't know if it was the mojo of the garage or my new shoes, but something clicked with double unders today. I only put 1 single in between doubles (use to be 3) and I was stringing together 10-15. It's the little thing that make my day.

Just did Nasty girls and put up a time I am happy with 7:57. Muscle ups felt great. Last time I was 11:52. I will take that for a difference from 7 months ago. Good job morning group. The times looked great.

Did my first Angie tonight...can't believe how much that hurt. I was in fetal position gasping for air like it was Fran. What is that!?!? Maybe I'm still working off the bad weekend food/drink and Easter Candy. My goal was under 20 so when I looked up with 25 air squats left and saw 19:34 I poured on all I had and finished 19:58. Incredible how the blood just floods different body parts. I don't think air squats have EVER been so difficult. Glad it's over, not sure when I'll be doing it again.
