The IV crew took on Task Priority FGB this AM. We made a few changes due to the lack of equipment. Subbed 20 lbs Dumbell Thrusters for Wall balls.

PM WOD- Just completed the Minnucci:(Drop 100M - Add a Burpee) 1000M-100m Row 1-10 Burpees.
Total = Meters 5,500 & 60 Burpees

Is today's WOD really only 15 seconds of work? Am I missing something or is this another setup (i.e "if you think it's easy you're already screwed)?

Well I wouldn't call it easy Eida. It is only 15 sec or work per min, but the weight is heavy and that 15 seconds is at max intensity. It will feel pretty good during the first round or 2, but then it catches up with you.
