Did the Double Clutch this morning. Wow is 85# heavy for that! I managed 3 of them and couldn't get my arms locked out overhead for any of them. So I moved down to about 73#. It was still hard. Could only managed to string 3 together the whole time, but at least I could get this overhead with the thruster.

A run? Gee, must be Thursday!
See you at the garage in the PM!
It's going to be a beautiful day Dave! One day you'll march up that drive way and shout, "yeah, a run! I'm so good at those now."
Morning crew did a great job with today's WOD. Molly and Julia hitting the Deadlift rx'd. What a way to start your day.

A run? How about ya'll run and I hide? So tempted to cherry pick...
Could someone tell me where the pull-up bands at the garage were purchased? Thanks.

I just put in my order.
Hit up one of the Qualifier WODS tonight. Much harder than I thought.

Burpees
Pull ups
400m row
Starting with the burpees and pull ups tired me out more than I thought going into the rower. After that is was all up hill.
