Clean it up

Every Minute for 15 minutes:

3 Deadlifts
3 Front Squats

Hang on to the bar. If you put it down on the front squat you have to..... wait for it... clean it up again.

See how you do with 205#/135#

Its a shame I am not working out due to the qualifier. This is the type of wod I was begging for! Can we recycle this in two weeks?

had time today to do my helen! was under confident with my kb swings so did 30 instead of 35 and i'm pretty sure i could have done more since i straight set every round of them. eh whatever.

Just arrived in Virginia Beach. Love the hotel. Dave sorry I don't have electronic specs for the boxes. I did my best to explain to Zach how to make them. Hopefully they came out alright.
