Molly and Dan had some fun this AM. It stopped raining early enough for us to get outside. Perfect temps for the outside WOD.
Oh. I paid a visit to a WOD that got the better of me last time I did it. Box Jump (15-1), Burpee (1-15). 14:44 this time. About a 3 min improvement. 36/m/199
