Feelin that work out from today, But I need to improve on my pullups I suck at them. Well another week feelin great thanks to crossfit. I think me and jodie will do a work out tomorrow on our own since its going to be nice. Any suggestions for an at home work out. Also got to through in there thanks to my wife for getting me started.

Just finished my second WOD. Man am I wiped. Placed 2nd in comparison to the times from TX.
