Staying true to the classic CrossFit addage, "It never gets easier", we experienced some Badger hangover this am. Great job fighting throught the aches and pains to keep the intensity high. Molly, Mike, Jodie and Nick gave it their best. Saturday was one of the top ten hardest and it will linger.
Missy & I took on TSE this morning. The only modification was using the ring for pull-ups. I hear ya on the arms still being sore from Badger! Haven't done TSE since last July though, so even with being sore, still saw a nice improvement.

hands felt good enough to do burpees so i took on yesterday's WOD. killer workout, finished it in 7:57.
now to make my brother do 100 burpees, muahaha.
