*On the top of every minute complete 3 burpees and 3 knees to elbows. In the remaining time within each minute complete as many thrusters as possible. Start the workout with thrusters.

Wow was that fun to watch!! A ton of great finishes. Without the push by everyone here today many of these individuals may not have pushed themselves so HARD.
Worked C&J today however not feeling that as my WOD, definitely going to do something else later. 245 went up fairly comfortable. Attempted a PR of 270, caught it but was about it. Couldn't stand:/ Back is a bit tight.....What should I do later?
I am SORE! That was a kick arse workout. I love the ones that make me not want to pick up the bar. Im already feeling the effects, so I cant wait to relax the rest of the day and have tomm off. Great find and in going to rank that in my top 5 toughest workouts! Good job to all did it!
Man, that video's really sad. I spent the first 2 minutes moving everything but the bar!
Just finished a 3k row on the driveway. The humidity was killing me.The sweat was a pouring. Wanted to do another WOD however I am still sore from Friday.
