I can't believe its been only 1 year of Scrappy. When you suffer side by side with people you build bonds that seem to have always been there. You bring great stuff to our little gym and it is never a dull moment when you are around. Keep up the good work, I'm proud of you!

Wanted to do a mostly barbell oriented work out today so i figured it would be a great day for the Bear! Finished all 20 rounds with a 65lb barbell. Cant wait to try this one again with a heavier weight.
