Today was a mental WOD- the weight and the runs were just enough to make you break a sweat!

Hey Josh,
If I'm going to do this wod at home, should I use 15 lb db or 20 lb for the thrusters?
Those burpees last night kicked my butt!

Hey Chris, since you're using db's use the 15 pounders. DB thrusters are more difficult than barbell. Have fun with this one!

Well...hate to admit it but when I hit start on my stopwatch, it didn't start. Didn't figure that out til round 4. We did 6 rounds of 200m run and 15 thrusters with 15lb db. I'm not sure if it was 20 minutes, but more than 15. Thrusters were tough.
