30 reps for time of:

Hang power clean
Front squat
Push jerk

*The bar may not touch the floor between the 3 exercises otherwise the rep does not count. Bar may be dropped following the jerk however the clean must start from the hang position and you must fully open your hips, finishing the clean in full standing postion, before beginning your front squat. You may press the bar overhead any way (thruster, push press, push jerk)
