We changed the WOD this morning due to the Pull Up marathon this weekend. 4 rds15 OHS (135/75)30 sit-ups(ab mat if lucky)250 M rowThis WOD was a bear! We even had Trainer Mike join in and get a little sweaty with the AM Crew!
I really should have been at the gym this AM. No sleeping in and no excuses tomorrow.
finished this WOD at the Y tonighthad to mod it a little bit, didnt have a rower. Got murdered on the OHS.4 rounds of:15 overhead squats 65lb30 sit ups15 SDLHP 65lbtime: 18:34
