Just did my first official CF WOD since the games...I must say it felt terrible. Tanya and I made up Fairfax from Monday. I commend all of you who completed that WOD. That workout was tough.
30 Ring dips (Green Band) 40 Pull ups (10 GB, 30 Black Band) 50 Kettle bell swings (53#) 60 Sit ups (cramped @ 30, so last 30 were fun!) 70 Burpees (~14 mins)

"Thankfully" I'm stuck in NYC traffic so I will not make it to the garage for this one. So sad.
I too will swing by toworrow. I'll be sure to bring my own veggie burger.

You can make up the 70 burpees tomorrow and no need to bring the v-burger, because WE HAVE EGGS ...you can just eat them :) hahaha
