8-20-09 "Fractured running Angie"

400m run
25 pull ups
25 push ups
25 sit ups
25 air squats

You ain't kidding. That was miserable especially at 9pm and in the garage the thermostat still read 90 degress with zero air flow.

That was awful...the only thing more awful was looking at my time a year ago when I did this one, I was 2 minutes slower and I forgot to do all the sit-ups!

It took me a while to feel normal again after this one. Hats off to everyone who came out in this heat to hit the old runny angie today! Good for you!

This was my first "fractured running Angie", but in comparision to my last "Angie" it was a great improvement. Times were within a minute of each other and this one had the 4 runs, and I also used a lesser band this time.
