On the Minute for 15 minutes

Chose a weight comfortable to you and complete 3 power clean and jerks on the minute for 15 minutes. Record the number of rounds completed on the minute...IF you fail to complete 3 reps within the minute continue on until the 15minutes have expired. Record total number of reps.

GO HEAVY!

(weight will be chosen differently for each athlete)

put the rugby team through this one today:

400m of burpees
400m of walking lunges
400m of bearcrawls
400m sprint

last guy finished in 50 minutes.

Did yesterday's tabata workout. Knee pushups and pullups via a desk: 435.

did the 3 lil piggies version of this before i went to work today. man my lower back is frieddd!!

3 Squat Clean & Jerks 115#

finished all 15 rounds
