Thanks Coach Cappi! The ladies did a great job this morning. The workout was shortened to 4 rounds of Runs and 25 Burpees, it was modified to keep the intensity up and the stay a little dryer. Both Molly & Jodie cycled all 25 burpees each round!!
6pm group took on all 6 rounds and pushed the whole way through. Kolby came out on top like a champ crushing it in 18:55. Great intensity...way to push eachother fellas!
Yeah really, thanks for changing it again, and not posting it. This morning it said 6 rounds, this afternoon it said 4 rounds, we did 4 rounds at home and now your saying it was changed again back to 6 rounds...

I read that Keith had the ladies do 4 rounds so I changed it back. Oops! Sorry bout that. 6 rds it is!!!
