PR'd on my squat cleans by 20lbs in less then a month on friday!! 155lb new PR.Did yesterday's main page WOD today.21-18-15-12-9-6-3 of:Handstand Push upsL-Pull upsTime:23:45really weak on the L pull ups, had to do singles most the time. Atleast i know a big weakness of mine now.
