30 Hang Squat Snatches (75/45)
30 Wall Balls (20/15)

*For the hang squat snatch start each rep below the knee, not from the ground. Snatch in full squat position and stand all the way up with weight over head before going on to the next rep.

Hey Anna. Checks can be made out to Sportsgrants If you go to the FGB website, from our main page you'll see "downloads" in the top tool bar where there are letters and handouts that Molly printed in our gym. I know you won't be in for a little while so if you want you can print that info from the download section.

Great job tonight...alot of hard work, you guys made my crappy day so much better :)Thanks for putting in the effort, that's a tough one!
