Reps 50-40-30-20-10 of:

Jumping Pull Ups
Sit Ups
Squat Thrust

Squat thrust is performed by placing the hands on the ground shoulder width apart. Jump the feet back into a plank. Jump the feet back under the hips. Stand fully upright to finish the rep.

Squat Thrust!! They were tough to get use to, I wanted to do a push-up everytime I bent down.
Overall- this was a great WOD, it hit the lungs a bit!

So stoaked for this one.
My gym teacher called my pull ups fake today just because i could do more then him.
Looks like im gonna have to get stronger on stricts..

and keep doing kipping and your strict pull ups start to go through the roof in reps
