I dropped into Fairfax this morning for Max overhead squats. After 3 failed attempts to get 115# overhead, they spotted me to get the weight up. The OHS was so easy, I decided to go for max reps - got 9 OHS at 115#. I clearly need to work on getting the weight up.

So I couldn't make this morning, but i decided to take on
100 burpees 6:50
Then im going to run tonight.
