10-7-09 "Clean it up"


Alright guys here comes the weight again!

On the minute for 15 minutes complete each of the following:

3 deadlifts
3 front squats

*weight (185/115)

If you fail to complete the reps within the minute you no longer have a set rest time. Continue on completing as many rounds/reps as possible in the remaining time.

Molly and I did the wod with a squat clean for each rather than a front squat. Hard? yes! It was a good workout though.
