do the back squats start from the ground or can we use a rack?

That was really tough especially by yourself cold in the garage. Set my weights and hit the WOD all by myself while my wife sat in the house and did grades:/. No motivation except for the radio and the 1 min beeping clock. Left everything on the table first round. (61,47,41,37) Wish I could have hit in the 50's the second round however I am happy with 61 and a total of 186!
