i may bring david if he wants to go, but i think i have to take a week off atleast. had a little back pain after deadlifting the other day(i think i rounded my back on my 305 lift) and took a few days off. tried the pwr sn wod from a few days ago and after round 3 had to stop because it really started hurting.

How heavy for the Tukish get up? For the GI Janes...do i do a jumping pull up and then drop to a push up and then back up for a jumping pull-up?
There are many of us who follow Crossfit Apex WOD instead of the main site and sometimes I don't always see the amount of weight that should be used or an explanation of the exercise (not all of the exercises on this site are demo'd on the main site). Thanks
