Yes you may do a thruster out of the 3rd sc. I just posted the weight 135/95

Josh, don't hate on me. Ok so we are off to a good start today. AM crew did the complex with 15 mountain climbers. We went 5 rounds before the break. Then we repeated. Well done this morning. Those hang cleans are looking great-dropping under the bar really quick. Good stuff.
