fun. I stopped at Giant on my way home and kept my gloves on and went through the self checkout...I thought someone would see my hands and think I hurt someone. My hands are very sad today...have fun in the snow

Great Job Everyone this morning! I felt like I was in Rocky IV! The snow runs, the windows being fogged up and lots of bandless pull-ups!

Julia, I got the perfect cure......put some Vit E and a shovel in those hands!

Remember you are shoveling for time and bend with the legs(should be stretched out after 300 AS) not the back!

Oh man that's so weird you did this workout today. I couldn't make it because my 2 month old didn't sleep last night and my wife needed to sleep in. Family first, right? Plus she always tells me, 'Happy wife, happy life.' Which sounds more like a threat than a nugget of wisdom sometimes.

Anyway, I was looking up a workout to do at home (since todays wasn't posted this morning )and saw 'Cindy' which is an AMRAP of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 air squats in 20 minutes which is the exact same ratio of your workout. Weird huh?

Anyway, I got eleven rounds in. Your workout would've taken me forever I think.

Murph your tough one. Great work everyone, nothing like wind, snow, cold weather to start the morning off. So is everyone up for snow wod tomorrow LOL........ We can do snow burpees, run, double snowies.........

Sounded like fun wish I could have been there to watch this one. Tan and I are still stuck in OHIO not sure when we will be coming home.:/

We have alot of sweet powerlifting things we learned from Louie Simmons at WestSide Barbell!!

i watched the video of westside on the mainsite, im having nightmares of my dads pull up band around my deadlift bar.
