4 rounds for time of:

20 single arm OH Kb lunges (10r/10l)
16 single arm Kb power snatch (8r/8l)
12 single arm Kb thruster (6r/6l)

* use a Kb you feel comfortable with!

Alternating arms between rounds? exercises? never?

Split how you choose, every other or half and half, but you split the reps so that you're doing half with each arm.

ex) 20 over head walking lunges are 10 over head with right arm and 10 over head with left arm during all rounds...alternating or all 10 right all 10 left..you choose :)

Zach tremendous job tonight with a 53lb KB. Absolutely great job.

Tucker and the ladies that looked really hard and you guys all fought through the work. Nice job, well deserved rest day tomorrow.

Thanks, shoulders and back of wrists were kb hit are sore, that was tough one.

Nice job Zach, that is insane!! Good WOD, though I'm ready for this hand to heal so I can take it back up a notch. :)
