10 dumbbell burpee thrusters*
*db burpee thruster- with db's in hand, hands down, feet back, chest to the floor, jump up bring dbs to shoulders and stand up, then squat and press (thruster)

Can you say cold. You know its cold when you can see your breath indoors. It must have been 40degrees and Stefan and Capaldi both took off their tee shirts. Good thing no one walked in looking to start Crossfit tonight. They would definitely think we were some kind of crazy colt! Added to that we are now working out in the dark because of the power outage on the upstairs section. Lets hope that gets fixed soon. Good job tonight.
...and now Josh is eating a whole bowl of CINNAMON FREAKIN TOAST CRUNCH!
