Completed 8 rds of clean & jerks using 85# along with the 8 rds of Cindy . I was having trouble gripping my pullup bar on rounds 7&8, even with chalk. Tore my hand on the 8th round of pullups and decided to stop before I ripped them up too badly to do any other training this week. Even though I'm annoyed I didn't get the last two rounds in, I am happy I was able to straight set the pullups for the first 5 rds (before the bar got too slippery!)J
