On the minute for 15 minutes:
at the top of each minute perform the following
3 power cleans (you choose the weight)
5 burpees
...if you can no longer do the exercises in the given minute continue for the remainder of the time getting as many rounds as you can.

Attention Mudders! Race day is right around the corner.....on May 2nd, we must register by 9 am and our start time is 12:15.
