I was cleared by my DR to start running/working out again. He told me however, to "take it easy". I guess if you compare 250 DU to 5000 that would be considered easy right??

So I was almost at the gym when I realized I didn't have my shoes (I was coming from work). At first I was upset, then I saw we were going to do 5 round of 50 DU's blech. So I went home and did 100 burpees for time. Got a 7:04 w00t.
