*at the top of each minute complete 1 sq. clean and jerk (135/95)
(workout starts with clean and jerk, if at the top of the min you are in the middle of a rd complete the lift and continue from where you left off within your last rd

Did Helen last night and had a big PR 7:32 from last time at 8:11. Forearms were smoked but felt ok on the runs!
