20 minutes
On the top of the minute complete 3 squat clean and jerks (heavy)

If you fall off of the top of the minute pace, note which round you completed within the time frame and then continue to complete as many addition squat clean and jerks within the remaining time.

Paleo Pumpkin Pudding

here is recipe I started with recipe

I added an extra egg based on the comments of the author. I added only cinnamon as a spice.

Other good options would be vanilla and/or pumpkin pie spice.

I cooked it for the full hour plus 5 minutes, and it was still pretty loose. Chilling it helped keep it from sloshing around.


Could easily be turned into a pie by adding an almond meal/coconut flour crust.
